  • Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS)

  • Alzheimer’s Disease

  • Cancer

  • Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy

  • Crohn’s Disease

  • Epilepsy or Another Seizure Disorder

  • Fibromyalgia

  • Glaucoma

  • Hepatitis C

  • Inflammatory Bowel Disease

  • Other Conditions may qualify
